John Lippard's musical journey began at age 13 with a Christmas gift: a guitar. By 18, he was rocking West Texas stages, caught in the whirlwind of "drugs, sex, and rock n roll." Addiction took hold, leaving him lost and empty. But John found his way back. He became a licensed, ordained minister with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, guiding others towards healing and hope. He led three churches in Texas and Tennessee, his heart invested in each soul seeking recovery.
In 2019, John and his wife Bridget became Certified Peer Recovery Specialists, dedicating themselves to supporting those struggling with mental illness and substance use disorders. They founded My Recovery Road Media Group, offering a lifeline for individuals seeking a life beyond addiction. Through their eMagazine, publications, and music ministry events, they provide daily encouragement, practical tools, and unwavering support. John's music, layered with his personal journey and unshakable faith, resonates deeply with those seeking a path to recovery. He is a beacon of hope, his life a testament to the transformative power of faith and resilience.
